Situated in the centre of the Var near the pretty town of Flayosc with typical Provencal streets and great views from the church out across the vineyards. 8 km from Draguignan on the D560 which runs between Salernes à Draguignan, half way between les Gorges du Verdon and the varois coast.
Environment : Very peaceful residential area. Dracenois country with its varried landscape - to the south vineyards and olive trees and to the north-east hills of pine and oak woods. Number of buildings and villages typical of the Dracenois region.

Lorgues. 7 km . Small and very pleasant medieval town with a maze of old streets, open squares and fountains, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
Draguignan. 8 km. Pleasant town once a military centre but now with tourist and cultural attractions. Lovely avenues lined with plane trees surround the old city. Excellent shopping and markets. Several museums.
Tourtour. 12 km. Also called the village in the sky. Medieval hilltop village with plenty of narrow streets lined with very picturesque Provencal houses.
Salernes. 15 km. Medieval town built around its castle, in a picturesque setting in the valley of the Bresque river. Best known for its tradition of tile making, especially for the trademark terracotta hexagonal floor tiles of Provence.
